Your own home cube

Every player has a home cube of their own, 512 × 512 blocks. Inside it you play survival: build, mine, farm, and sleep in your bed to set your home there. Nobody else can break or take anything in it.

Visiting: spectate mode

In someone else's cube you are a visitor: walk around, look at what they built and fight monsters, but you cannot break, build, open chests or pick anything up. Players never hurt each other: PvP is off.

Flowers do the magic

• Poppy: invite a friend. In your home cube, right-click a friend with a poppy: they can build in your cube too while you are online. Drop the flower to take it back.
• Dandelion: move house. Use a dandelion on a bed in a free cube to make it your new home. Your old cube stays yours for 3 days, and a dandelion on its bed takes you back.
• Torchflower: go home. Leave through a gate in the hub and you get a torchflower. Lost far away? Drop it and you slowly return home.

Tunnels and gates

Neighbouring cubes are joined by tunnels: each owner opens their half of the wall between them. The hub in the middle has gates to cubes far away.

Every night the cubes move

At night the home cubes move around the grid, so in the morning you have new neighbours. You come back where you left, your bed and home move with your cube, and the world is backed up before and after. Our own Go tools do it, on the go-mc26 library.

Under the hood

A Paper server with mods of our own for the cube worlds; Bedrock players come in through Geyser. Run by mj41 for family and friends.
